I liked this article. it was a good reminde about freezing, which for some reason, I am always rather hesitant to do.
But I disagree with his comment about freezing strawberries. They come out of the freezer and defrost into icky lumps and taste bad. Even Alex, who eats everything, doesnt like them frozen and then defrosted. I dont recommend it.
But yeah. freezing is great. I highly recommend it!
